There is no price list, and be wary of anyone who has one. The price comes from how many processes the system has to cover, the integrations needed and how many user profiles exist. What we do is budget in phases: a first useful version with the essentials, and the rest later, with the system already paying its way.
A corporate website and an ERP with six modules do not live on the same timescale. After the diagnosis we give you a phased calendar, with dates for each delivery instead of a single date at the end — so you see the work moving instead of waiting in the dark.
Not always. When there is a ready-made program that fits, we say so and help install it — it is cheaper and more honest. Bespoke development is justified when the process is what sets the company apart, or when the licences for several programs already cost more than building what is missing.
In most cases, yes. Invoicing software, CRMs, online shops, couriers and banks usually have an API. When they do not, there are other routes — file imports, scheduled tasks — and we tell you up front if any of them is fragile.
It migrates. It is one of the most laborious parts of the project and the one we give most attention to, because a new system with incomplete data loses the team's trust in the first week. We run the migration in a test environment first and only go live once the company has validated it.
No. The code, the database and the hosting access are yours and they come documented. If one day you want to change supplier, another team can pick the project up. We carry on because the work is worth it, not because there is no way out.
